Overview

Staffist brings employer and candidate journeys into one system. The current foundation centers on a Job Publisher, structured applications, and an architecture designed for different job types and configurable fields.

The Challenge

Design a hiring product that is not tied to a hard-coded list of jobs or one fixed application form while keeping creation, application and review clear across industries.

The Solution

A modular foundation was designed around hierarchical job classification, job-specific dynamic fields, separate web/admin/API applications, and a structured application flow prepared for candidate review and video interview stages.
