Return Policy
All of our digital vouchers (“Digital Voucher(s)”) are digital codes that cannot be cancelled or returned once purchased and delivered to you or the customer. Therefore, please ensure that you have chosen the correct product, in the correct country store, in the correct currency, and with the correct payment method before purchasing.
For purchased Digital Vouchers, refunds will only be due if for some reason Digital Dynamics.com has not provided Digital Dynamics.com with a valid Digital Voucher for the Customer’s registered account and/or registered email address. In this case, refunds will only be made through the original payment method.
For purchased digital vouchers, Digital Dynamics.com will send the digital voucher to the customer's account within 24 hours after the successful payment process. If you do not receive the purchased digital vouchers within 24 hours of the successful completion of the payment process, you must file a complaint via our website or application chat: . In case you do not file a complaint within 24 hours, you will be deemed to have successfully received the digital voucher, and you will not be entitled to claim such digital voucher(s) or claim a refund of the money paid thereafter.
You should contact our customer service team via the website or WhatsApp before filing a complaint with your credit/debit card issuer or payment provider.
Terms of exchange, return and cancellation
First: All electronic products sold through the site and returned or exchanged must be in good condition, with original labels and packaging.
Second: It must be within the first three days from the date of receiving the product.
Third: The consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him with another product, with payment or refund of the difference in price between the two products within the first three days from the date of receipt of the product.
Fourth: Recharge cards cannot be returned after receiving them, so please always make sure of the order before confirming and paying. The only exceptions mentioned above are scratched cards, which can be replaced or returned if they have not been scratched or modified in any way.
Fifth: Professional services cannot be cancelled after the contract has been implemented and the first installment due from the contract has been paid, except with the consent of both parties only. The second party, Digital Dynamics, has the right to confiscate the first installment in the event that the first party requests cancellation of the requested service without a valid reason or in a manner that harms the company’s business interests.
Sixth: The VPS service subscription cannot be cancelled after the service has started working and the account has been created, except with the approval of the second party, Digital Dynamics, in a manner that does not conflict with the company’s internal laws and does not affect any losses that the company may incur as a result of the cancellation.
